The Learning Garden Child Development Center in Bennington, NE is seeking a Full time Teacher. This position requires expertise in early childhood education and working with children of every age.  This is an essential position where you utilize your skills in each class setting as needed. 

Must meet ONE of the following requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year working in a childcare facility - minimun
• Have a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) - preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree - preferred

Must pass a criminal background check and have current fingerprints on file with the Nebraska State Police.

Responsibilities include colaborative creation and implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, facilitating cognitive and social development, and communicating with parents about their child's progress. The candidate must have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
